Returns
We accept returns items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- The original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
- Country-Specific Return Windows:
- India & Mexico: Within 14 days of delivery.
- USA & Canada: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided based on your location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions specific to your country.
- Package the item securely and ship it back as instructed.
Note: Customs duties or import taxes paid during international shipping are non-refundable.
